Job Overview:

Duties:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a structured learning environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress
- Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Proven experience in childcare or teaching young children
- Knowledge of child welfare and development principles
- Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create and implement educational lesson plans
- Familiarity with curriculum development and educational best practices
