Labor-Management Committee
What is a Labor Management Committee?
A Labor-Management Committee (LMC) is a tool used by labor and management to improve the work place. The LMC is union members and managers meeting periodically to discover, discuss, and resolve issues or problems that are not typically covered by a collective bargaining agreement or "contract."
