Labor-Management Committee

What is a Labor Management Committee? 

A Labor-Management Committee (LMC) is a tool used by labor and management to improve the work place. The LMC is union members and managers meeting periodically to discover, discuss, and resolve issues or problems that are not typically covered by a collective bargaining agreement or "contract." 

Gallatin Gateway School Labor-Management Committe was establsihed October 20, 2014 at a regular Board meeting of the trustees.
